Vice President of Support Operations
Kathleen Hawkes is vice president of support operations for SunGard K-12 and a member of the company’s Leadership Team. In this role, Kathleen guides the company’s customer support teams as they provide excellent customer service, value, and a partnership approach to K-12 schools and school districts. Since joining the company in 1998, she has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including customer service representative, application software trainer, project manager, implementation manager, product manager, and customer service group manager. Under her leadership, SunGard K-12’s customer support was recognized for innovation in customer service in the 2015 and 2016 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Kathleen attended Central Connecticut State University.
