How safe is my data?
You must always enter your user ID and password to access the eSchoolPLUS Admin mobile app in online mode. In offline mode, you must enter the special user ID and pin that you generated when you put the app in offline mode. Without that information, no one can reach your eSchoolPLUS data. We also encrypt all communications, both on the device and as they are transferred between your device and the eSchoolPLUS system.
Is there a cost to use the mobile app?
The app is free to download through the Apple and Amazon app stores. Your district will need to configure eSchoolPLUS to support mobile access.
What if I need help using the mobile app?
The mobile app is supported by the eSchoolPLUS customer service team. If you are an authorized contact for SunGard K-12 Education support, you can contact the team by phone or through the customer portal as you would for any eSchoolPLUS question.
